How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to that plan. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. Each merchant gets one free trial: if your store, email address or card has had one before, your plan starts straight away.
Do I pay through Shopify or by card?
If you install MerchantFlow from the Shopify App Store, Shopify bills your plan on your Shopify invoice, so there is no card to enter. If you sign up on merchantflow.ai, including for a WooCommerce store, you pay by card through Stripe. The plans, prices and free trial are the same either way, and prices are in US dollars.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing costs 20% less than paying monthly and is charged once a year. Pro, for example, is $854.40 a year instead of $1,068 paid month by month. Annual plans are available through Shopify billing and by card.
How many stores can I connect?
Starter and Pro cover one store. Plus covers up to 5 stores and combines them in an All Stores view, so you can see every store's profit together. Agencies that manage client stores have a separate agency plan.
