The ecommerce data layer for AI

Connect Checkout Champ to Claude and ChatGPT

Checkout Champ sends the first sale to your store but bills every renewal itself, so your store never sees that revenue. MerchantFlow imports those rebills next to your store orders, so your AI answers profit questions with the recurring income included.

What you can ask once it is connected

“What did we really make last month, including the rebills Checkout Champ billed?”

Net profit was 18,400 on 96,200 of revenue. That revenue includes the membership rebills Checkout Champ billed outside your store, which a store-only report leaves out, so last month was more profitable than your store's own figures suggest.

Example answer, shown to illustrate the shape and level of detail. Your figures come from your own connected account.

What Checkout Champ alone cannot tell you

Connecting an AI directly to Checkout Champ is genuinely useful, and for some questions it is all you need. It stops being enough the moment the question involves money you spent somewhere else.

  • The store orders your Checkout Champ sales were pushed to
  • Advertising spend that brought each subscriber in
  • Cost of goods on the products a rebill actually ships
  • Operating expenses and the rest of your store's revenue

What MerchantFlow adds

  • Rebills Checkout Champ never sent to your store, imported as orders
  • Sales already pushed to your store recognised and skipped, so nothing is counted twice
  • Refunds on an imported charge updating that charge
  • Membership charges with no product cost, shipped products costed from your COGS
  • Only the campaigns that belong to this store, when one account serves several

There is no subscription-specific tool for AI clients yet, so your AI cannot count active subscribers or estimate churn on its own; those figures are on the Subscriptions page in MerchantFlow. Your AI reads imported rebills as orders (numbered CC- followed by the Checkout Champ order id) inside your revenue, profit and customer history.

What merchants say

Store owners who trust MerchantFlow with their numbers

I've tried quite a few of these profit tracker apps (even tried making one myself), but honestly, none of them offer what MerchantFlow does and the ones that come close cost 10x the monthly price. My favorite feature by far is the integration with my 3PL, so the data I'm seeing is the actual data not a guess.

I've been using MerchantFlow for the last six months in order to better understand my brand's profitability. The tool has without a doubt been super insightful and allowed me to make changes within the business that have nearly doubled our brand's monthly profit. This is the best profit analysis and optimisation tool going around for any ecommerce brand owner right now.

Its super important for me to know my numbers down the the exact percentage and I can trust Merchant Flow to get it right. I've used other softwares in the past but none of them have half of the features this does and always end up not being correct. Highly recommend using it if you're running an ecommerce store.

How to connect it

  1. 01

    Connect Checkout Champ to MerchantFlow

Authorise Checkout Champ from your MerchantFlow integrations page. We start pulling and normalising the data straight away.

  2. 02

Add MerchantFlow to ChatGPT or Claude

In ChatGPT, open MerchantFlow from the plugin directory. In Claude, add it as a connector. Either way you approve read-only access and there is nothing to install. Your dashboard shows the current steps for each client, because the clients move their menus often. In Meta's Muse, ask it to create a custom connector with the MerchantFlow URL.

  3. 03

    Ask in plain English

Your AI now reads the same figures as your dashboard, joined across every source you have connected.

MerchantFlow is listed in ChatGPT's plugin directory

Open the listing in ChatGPT, sign in or start a trial, and approve read-only access. There is no server URL to copy.

About the Checkout Champ integration

Common questions

Can it change anything in Checkout Champ?

No. The connection is read-only and no write access exists to grant. Your AI can read figures and reason about them; it cannot create, edit, pause or delete anything.

Will the numbers match my dashboard?

Yes. Your AI calls the same calculations the MerchantFlow dashboard uses, so the same question over the same period returns the same figure in both places.
