Connect Fulfilment Plus to Claude and ChatGPT
Fulfilment Plus knows what it charged to pick, pack and ship your orders. MerchantFlow joins those charges to Shopify orders so your AI can show the fulfilment cost and margin you actually earned.
What you can ask once it is connected
“Which orders lost margin after Fulfilment Plus charged fulfilment and freight?”
The lowest-margin orders paid nearly half of their basket value in pick and pack plus freight. Those charges reduced contribution margin from 28% to 0.4%, while the larger baskets stayed above 20%.

What Fulfilment Plus alone cannot tell you
Connecting an AI directly to Fulfilment Plus is genuinely useful, and for some questions it is all you need. It stops being enough the moment the question involves money you spent somewhere else.
- Your order revenue and product cost without the fulfilment bill
- Freight recorded against each consignment rather than an assumed rate
- Resends and ad-hoc charges that arrive after the original shipment
- How New Zealand fulfilment compares with your other 3PLs
What MerchantFlow adds
- Pick and pack charges matched to the Shopify order they belong to
- Freight from each consignment added to the order-level fulfilment cost
- Resends and replacement charges included when Fulfilment Plus reports them
- Month-end reconciliation so invoiced adjustments replace earlier figures
- Account-scoped, read-only reporting with packaging and storage kept separate
Fulfilment Plus reports fulfilment charges and freight in NZD, excluding GST. It does not bill product cost, packaging or storage per order, so those remain separate from the order-level fulfilment figure.

Ask in plain English
Your AI now reads the same figures as your dashboard, joined across every source you have connected.
MerchantFlow is listed in ChatGPT's plugin directory

Can it change anything in Fulfilment Plus?
No. The connection is read-only and no write access exists to grant. Your AI can read figures and reason about them; it cannot create, edit, pause or delete anything.
Will the numbers match my dashboard?
Yes. Your AI calls the same calculations the MerchantFlow dashboard uses, so the same question over the same period returns the same figure in both places.
