The ecommerce data layer for AI

Connect SpeedFulfill to Claude and ChatGPT

Your 3PL knows what it charged. Your store knows what you sold. Neither knows your margin. MerchantFlow joins them, including the late charges most tools never notice.

What you can ask once it is connected

Which products are losing money once fulfilment is included?

Three SKUs had negative contribution margin once fulfilment was applied. The Oak Coffee Table averaged A$41 fulfilment on a A$95 order value, taking it to negative 14.2%. Excluding fulfilment it would have shown a positive 29% margin.

What SpeedFulfill alone cannot tell you

Connecting an AI directly to SpeedFulfill is genuinely useful, and for some questions it is all you need. It stops being enough the moment the question involves money you spent somewhere else.

  • Which product or campaign caused a given fulfilment charge
  • Margin after fulfilment, rather than fulfilment cost in isolation
  • Reship and replacement charges, which arrive weeks after the order looked finished
  • How per-parcel cost varies by destination and basket size

What MerchantFlow adds

  • Per-order fulfilment cost attached to the order it belongs to, net of discount and including tax and duty
  • A daily 120-day sweep that catches reship and replacement charges billed long after the original shipment - the routine window would miss these permanently
  • Split shipments handled at the parent order, so multi-parcel orders are not double counted
  • A plausibility ceiling on shipping cost, added after a real supplier data glitch briefly reported six-figure postage on an eighty-dollar order
  • Shipping charged to the customer kept separate from shipping cost to you

SpeedFulfill supplies fulfilment and shipping cost, not product cost. Your cost of goods comes from your own COGS records.

How to connect it

  1. 01

    Connect SpeedFulfill to MerchantFlow

Authorise SpeedFulfill from your MerchantFlow integrations page. We start pulling and normalising the data straight away.

  2. 02

Add MerchantFlow as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT

Approve read-only access from your AI client's connector settings. Nothing to install on your machine. Your dashboard shows the current steps for whichever client you use, because the clients move their menus often.

  3. 03

    Ask in plain English

Your AI now reads the same figures as your dashboard, joined across every source you have connected.

Included on every paid plan, trials included. Starter reads 90 days of history, Pro reads 12 months, and Plus and Agency read your full history.

Common questions

Can it change anything in SpeedFulfill?

No. The connection is read-only and no write access exists to grant. Your AI can read figures and reason about them; it cannot create, edit, pause or delete anything.

Will the numbers match my dashboard?

Yes. Your AI calls the same calculations the MerchantFlow dashboard uses, so the same question over the same period returns the same figure in both places.
